"The Happy Working Mum Coaching Program: Reclaim Your Freedom" is a unique career coaching program. With a holistic approach, it is specifically designed for high-achieving working mothers who find themselves navigating the challenging terrain of having a successful career and being a fulfilled mum. If you've experienced a dip in confidence after giving birth, grapple with persistent mum guilt due to your career, or feel overwhelmed by the pressure to parent as if you don't have a job and work as if you don't have kids, this program is for you. It's for those seeking to rediscover their sense of self and create a life where career and motherhood harmoniously coexist.
What’s it about?
This comprehensive four-month online coaching program includes monthly group coaching sessions, weekly targeted exercises, and ongoing support. Each week, you'll receive a short video explaining the exercise, along with personalised email support. Over four months, we will focus on four key pillars:
Rebuilding Confidence & Releasing Guilt: We'll address the common feelings of lost confidence and mum guilt that often arise after childbirth and during the postpartum period.
Self-Acceptance & Worth: We'll explore self-compassion, learn to accept your current situation with kindness, and empower you to claim what you truly deserve in all aspects of your life.
Discovering your Values & Desires: We'll delve into identifying your core values and clarifying what you truly want in life, both personally and professionally.
Action Planning for your New Life: We'll create a personalised roadmap and action plan to help you integrate your values into your daily life and move forward with confidence towards a fulfilling career and personal life.
What’s included?
Monthly Group Coaching Sessions (60 - 90 minutes): These interactive sessions will provide a supportive community of like-minded working mums, expert guidance, and opportunities to share experiences and learn from others. Sessions will be held online, allowing for maximum flexibility.
Weekly Exercises: Each week, you'll receive a targeted exercise designed to deepen your understanding of the month's theme and facilitate personal growth. These exercises will include written reflections, practical tasks, and mindfulness practices.
Video & Email Support: Accompanying each weekly exercise, you'll receive a short video explaining the exercise and offering additional insights. I will also be available via email throughout the program to answer your questions and provide personalised support.
